Anam’s leadership style is unique and a testament to the power of Teach For Pakistan’s Fellowship experience. As the Project Manager in charge of our second school reform initiative, she operates with the knowledge that change is not possible without investing other people. She has devoted herself to developing and motivating her team and building capacity of government teachers working in the school. Due to her team’s efforts, our enrollment numbers have doubled in just one year and we have seen steady improvements in children’s learning outcomes.

Abdullah's firsthand experience of working with Teach For Pakistan has given him incredible insights into the challenges of teaching at the classroom level in disadvantaged settings. I believe through his work with SAHE, he has also enhanced his understanding of the challenges of education reform within the public sector. These experiences, combined with his desire to continuously improve his knowledge of the sector, demonstrate a strong dedication.
